All payments on the Lalamour webshop are processed via carefully selected and certified payment service providers, including Mollie, Shopify Payments and PayPal. Lalamour does not store, process or have access to any bank or credit card details. All payments are encrypted and completed within a secure and protected payment environment.
iDEAL
Available for customers in the Netherlands via their own bank’s secure online payment environment.
Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments are processed through a secure payment page provided by our payment service partners.
PayPal
Payments can be made using a PayPal account. After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation from both PayPal and Lalamour.
Klarna / Pay later
In selected countries, it is possible to pay after delivery via Klarna. This service is subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions and eligibility assessment.

Discount codes
Discount codes are valid on non-sale items only, unless stated otherwise, and can be used once per order. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly indicated.
Payment confirmation
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Processing and shipment will start after payment confirmation.
Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction. Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be made within the applicable processing time.
