Return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Lalamour. If for any reason this is not the case, you may return an item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unworn, undamaged and all labels as origanally are attached.

Returns that are worn, damaged through use, missing labels or registered outside the return period may be refused.

Please note that returns from different orders cannot be combined in one parcel. Each order must be registered and returned separately to ensure correct and timely processing.

All returns must be registered via our online return portal here. There you can select the items, choose a return reason, and receive the correct instructions and return label (where applicable).

Steps:

1. Go to the return portal and register your return.

2. Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include the packing slip.

3. Drop off your parcel according to the instructions provided in the portal.

For that reason we apply a fixed return contribution:

• The Netherlands: €2.95 + €1.00 per returned item (deducted from the refund).

• Germany& Belgium: €3.95 + €1.00 per returned item (deducted from the refund).

• Other EU countries: return costs are shown in the return portal (depending on country and carrier).

• Outside the EU / UK / Switzerland / Monaco: return shipping is at your own expense via a carrier of your choice. Please still register your return via the portal.

If you would like to exchange an item, please register the item you wish to exchange via our return portal within 30 days. You will be guided through the process step by step.

Once your return has been received and processed in our warehouse, your refund will be issued as soon as possible. This may take up to 10 business days after processing.

Refunds are always made via the original payment method.

Despite our care it is possible that you receive an incorrect item or experience an issue with your order. Please contact our customer service and we will resolve it with you.
